MEASURE Evaluation

MEASURE Evaluation is funded by USAID to strengthen capacity in developing countries to gather, interpret, and use data to improve health. The project team creates tools and approaches for rigorous evaluations, providing evidence to address health challenges. It strengthens health information systems so countries can make better decisions and sustain good health outcomes over time.

Data are available for public use from 46 studies conducted in 22 countries. A few study designs, such as PLACE, have been conducted in multiple countries, while others are unique to a single country. Studies collect data from individuals, health-care providers, and/or health facilities. A few studies contain sensitive data, requiring permission from the project and/or international partners, as indicated by the [RESTRICTED] note, while most are available for immediate download.
